 This field is present in some, not all, tiger2010 State data. I just hit
 this bug loading 2010 New Hampshire data.

 I'm loading the lower 48 + HI States.  Is there a way for me to track how
 many other States use the column once I add it to the table?

 I'm going to leave the bug closed as the inner workings of postGIS are way
 out of my skill set.
