 Okay I've setup debbie to build doxygen for trunk every 4 hours (if there
 is a change in code base)

 For now so I don't have to worry about uploading anything and doubt it
 will be much traffic anyway, I installed apache on her, mapped postgis.net
 to her and just have her move over the files when she's done building.

 Was hoping to setup translate.postgis.net sometime in future as strk
 suggested if there is enough interest in document translation.
