[postgis-devel] 2.1 To Do

My todo for 2.1

- finish n-raster ST_MapAlgebra
- add remaining new variants of ST_SetValues
- deprecate ST_MapAlgebraExpr and ST_MapAlgebraFct variants (?)
- output band(s) as an array
- proper handling of band "isnodata" flag
- be able to tile a raster (?)
