We are building PostGIS2.0.1 and the build fails because of the following error:

[get] Error opening connection java.io.FileNotFoundException: http://www.apache.org/dist/maven/binaries/maven-ant-tasks-2.1.3.jar

<postgis_source>/java/jdbc/buid.xml contains this URL.
