The point is WE NEVER had docs-2.0/ so lets not start now.  How many names
do we have to give a rose for it not to be a rose anymore.

BTW, Boost automatically generates redirections, i.e.

http://www.boost.org/libs/proto ->
http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_52_0/doc/html/proto.html

So, peraps it would make sense to redirect
http://website/docs-2.0/ST_Intersects ->
http://website/docs/ST_Intersects.html
