[postgis-devel] Ack! postgis.control is not getting install!

Does this mean the current beta isn't working?  Sorry.  Lost here... .

Just did my cmake make make install dance on Ubuntu 12.04 with the develop
branch and was surprised at the ease... .

BTW, praise to Steve and Dan and others for the ease with which that all
worked.
