[postgis-devel] Separating spatial_ref_sys from installed and user

Thanks for the links, Regina.  My brute force approach is to keep a
list of the SRIDs in spatial_ref_sys.sql and only those end up in the
PostGIS-provided table.

No matter what we do, there will be some pain. Just a question of how much...
