[postgis-devel] VOTE: Drop GEOS 3.3 support at PostGIS 2.2

I would imagine 6 months from now at earliest at rate we go perhaps even
longer.

GEOS 3.4 isn't planned to be released before after this summer.
When do you want PostGIS 2.2 to roll ?
