[postgis-devel] EJB3 tutorial as PDF and ODT in code repository

While closing up the 2.0.3 release I noticed there's a PDF
in the repository: 

 ./java/ejb3/ejb3spatial.pdf

It seems to be an export of an ODT document:

 ./java/ejb3/EJB3Spatial.odt

I think we should drop the .pdf and replace the odt with something
revision-control friendly. The standard documentation system we're
using is the docbook, which would make a good choice.
