[postgis-devel] pgRouting v2.0.0-rc3 has been tagged

Hi all,

I have just cut pgRouting release candidate 3.

I just fixed a significant bug in the TSP algorithm and have updated the 
docs and test files and created a new tag v2.0.0-rc3.

Packagers and build-bots need to be updated to pull this new tag if they 
are not already pulling from the develop branch.

I'm hoping this will be the final release candidate and the we can 
release early next week.
