[postgis-devel] Google Summer of Code Idea

I had a GSoC idea (https://sites.google.com/site/foss4gku/projects/gsoc-feature-based-map-algebra) originally posted on OSGeo GSoC page but was told that I need to post it on PostGIS GSoC site (http://trac.osgeo.org/postgis/wiki/GoogleSummerCode). I don't know how I can add the idea to the PostGIS GSoC site. I have students waiting for applying the idea, so any help is greatly appreciated.
