[postgis-devel] latest release of PostGis jdbc driver 2.0.1 V 1.33 in maven centeral

hi Strk,

I have no desire to be the maintainer of the postgis jdbc driver, I am
sure its very well written and mainly bug free.

I just think that it might be a wise idea to get a more up to date version
on maven centeral and elsewhere, just so that some of the fixed bugs make
it out in to the general world.
