[postgis-devel] How to recreate comments?

Well I deleted my postgis_comments.sql and it rebuilt so if there was a
problem with mine, it seeems different from yours.

Are you doing:

make distclean
make && make install 

To build?

Hmm I think you found a bug.  I just looked at mine and noticed my
postgis_comments.sql is old dated 7/23/2014 But my postgis-out.xml is
9/24/2014.

I'm pretty sure I've been doing make clean. Though have to verify.
I think last change that was made was not to build comments during make
install because people said install should Just install stuff not build
anything. So maybe that isn't working right

Yes go ahead. NO big deal if you break the build in trunk.
