[postgis-devel] 2.0.7 build error on Fedora 22

I don't think so. find says there is only 1 funcapi.h under /usr
folder.

That said, I tried the same on Fedora 21 box, and it failed, too. But I
found something else: This build fails against PostgreSQL 9.5 only. 9.4
on Fedora 22 works fine.
