Since we have a couple pretty important fixes in place

  - #3069, small objects getting inappropriately fluffed up w/ boxes
  - #3058, Fix ND-GiST picksplit method to split on the best plane

and a few tiny enhancements, I’d like to propose a 2.1.6 release. I’m working through my ticket backlog right now.
