I hadn't succeeded in producing a docker image which works for usage
in gitlab-ci, if you can, the corresponding Dockerfile could be put
under a ci/docker dir for automatic build by docker (which would fetch
it from the github mirror).

I've been thinking that one we could be using docker images to run
upgrade tests. A system with all official PostGIS versions installed
to allow for running "make installcheck RUNTESTFLAGS='--upgrade-path=x--y'"
