You should be clearer on what you mean by
"accept pull requests from github" as we are already accepting them.

Note that github does not _allow_ to remove the PR feature, so even
postgresql guys are in fact "allowing" to create those PRs. Only, they
ask you to follow a separate patch submission procedure in order for
them to be merged (boils down to sending a patch to a mailing list).

I'd actually love to know the email address of patch contributors,
which is something you get via email but don't get via a pure github
PR, but so far we've not being enforcing that, right ?
