[postgis-devel] ST_Segmentize geography go back to old 2.2 behavior

Side note: if Proj 4.9 will be the requirement for in PostGIS 2.5 maybe it
could be the right moment to introduce the new proj.h / proj_obs_api.c API
for transformations.
This would open the door to transformations pipelines too.
