That would assume people actually go to their OS site or even know what it is<BR>
and are not working off of cached repositories or the OS even carries Geos and Proj<BR>
and also that they have fairly perfect knowledge about the changes going on in GEOS and Proj.<BR>
Right now I think its fantasy thinking :)<BR>
