Sorry to bore everyone with this when everyone is working on really important things.<BR>

It just occurred to me the comments generated by the xsltproc work fine in postgis 1.3.4.  Would anyone have an issue<BR>

with me just committing it to 1.3.4 as a .sql file similar to spatial_ref_sys.sql and people can run it if they feel like it?<BR>

As far as including in lwpostgis.sql.in.c in trunk, I haven't really explored that.  The comments part makes sense, but I'm not convinced including the spatial_ref_sys.sql in the include is the right thing to do since many people fiddle with that table a lot, e.g. add new entries etc. I'm not sure the ramifications when you do a full dump and upgrade to a major version.<BR>
