There is one thing I came across I don't quite understand. In<BR>

We do this<BR>

slot = TupleDescGetSlot(tupdesc);<BR>
<BR>

slot = TupleDescGetSlot(tupdesc);<BR>

Is there a reason for setting this twice?<BR>
