<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">In looking at the /bin for the PostgreSQL 8.4 install and comparing to the PostGIS 1.4 binaries,</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">both /bin directories contain libiconv-2.dll , but they are a different size.</FONT>
