I've moved this discussion to dev list. Several people have asked for a more<br>
structured approach.<br>

As an interim fix I guess we can setup an ftp folder (or even simpler just<br>
link to foreign translations), but that's not that elegant maintenance wise.<br>
<br>
I think some thoughts about a more permanent solution would be using pootle<br>
or transifex. I see pgRouting uses transifex and George Silva wanted to<br>
setup a transifex as well.<br>
