I just looked at mine and noticed my<br>postgis_comments.sql is old dated 7/23/2014 But my postgis-out.xml is<br>9/24/2014.<br><br>I'm pretty sure I've been doing make clean. Though have to verify.<br>I think last change that was made was not to build comments during make<br>install because people said install should Just install stuff not build<br>anything.
