 It seems that in rev. 11289, the nd_stats_to_grid function was commented
 out.  However, this function is still used in
 compute_gserialized_stats_mode() within a POSTGIS_DEBUGF() call.  Hence,
 the build is broken when debugging is enabled:

 ERROR:  could not load library  "/home/alvherre/Code/postgis/regress/00
 -regress-install/lib/postgis-2.1.so":
 /home/alvherre/Code/postgis/regress/00-regress-install/lib/postgis-2.1.so:
 undefined symbol: nd_stats_to_grid

 This was confirmed by dustymugs in the IRC channel.
