 I think when you were making logical structural changes to the docs
 layout, you broke the doxygen link.

 Please Fix.  I really need it. The docs are still in the folder so I think
 its just your apache thing that messed it up.

 I want my doxygen back :)

 I'm okay if we need to give it a different path structure.
