 This would be a doc issue.  The analogs for defining the neighborhood
 between ST_MapAlgebraFctNgb and ST_MapAlgebra are:

 ngbwidth = distancex

 ngbheight = distancey

 I know that the neighborhood ops for ST_MapAlgebra are solid as they're in
 use daily...
