 I think this issue has already been fixed in 2.1.0 and 2.0.4 about to be
 released in ticket #2307.  Also you are running an obsolete GEOS.  Might
 want to upgrade to GEOS 3.3.8 or 3.3.9 which will be out soon.  Or even
 GEOS 3.4.0 which will also be out soon.
