Comment:

 while I have compiles having trouble using in PostGIS -- I'm sure its just
 my paths off or something but fails on finding includes.  I'm pushing this
 to 2.2 since I won't be distributing sfcgal with windows until PostGIS 2.2
 especialy since dustymugs found valgrind memory issues with it under linux
 that concerned him.
