 As noted by jamo in mailing list
 "The script locations
 appear to be wrong for the topology scripts - those scripts are just
 located
 in the /share/contrib/postgis-2.1 directory now, not under /topology (at
 least on my machine)."

 I think we changed the path in 2.0 to be right in same folder (not have a
 subfolder as it had in 1.5 and below)
