 As 2.2.0 has a milestone now, should this be retargetted from "PostGIS
 Future" to 2.2.0 ?

 I stumbled on this ticket as I'm also having troubles with alignment,
 particularly aligned tiles that becomes unaligned after a call to
 ST_Resize() with the _same_ parameters (puzzling).
