 this commit seems to have broken winnie's 2.2 build -
 http://winnie.postgis.net:1500/view/PostGIS/job/PostGIS%202.2%20windows/1416/
 (can't even compile for the 32-bit run)

 Though I suspect the issue on winnie's might be it picking up a stale
 liblwgeom (I've purged that from /local/include, /local/lib and will do a
 rerun ).  The 2.3 winnie branch is fine though.
