 As mentioned off list.  I have a new debian 8 server setup to replace the
 old Debian 6 and 98% configured.  As before it will host debbie, planet,
 and our website.

 The new ip is 45.58.41.142.

 I thought I was done working out the kinks on the jenkins jobs, but seems
 I still have more.  Once I get those squared away (updating the jenkins
 instructions as I got along) I'll put in a SAC ticket to change the
 corresponding records for

 www.postgis.net, postgis.net, debbie.postgis.net, and planet.postgis.net

 Then next step will be to get SFCGAL working on new box so we can roll
 into our regression tests and then up the memory if needed.
