Comment:

 okay now done by debbie (runs at least once a day -- I have it set to poll
 every 15 minutes at moment until we release).

 It's the script /ci/debbie/postgis_doc_translations.sh that she uses.  So
 if you need anything changed, make it there.

 I'll probably change to push out the extra html and pdfs before release.
