 The PostGIS install script in OSGeo-Live installs a desktop file for
 `shp2pgsql-gui` it creates itself and uses the application icon for
 `pgadmin3`.

 The attached patch adds a desktop file for `shp2pgsql-gui` and installs it
 along with the application icons.

 The application icons included in attachment:hicolor-icons.tar.gz were
 created from the existing `loader/shp2pgsql-gui.ico`.
