 While translating PostGIS 2.3.0dev Manual into Korean, we noticed that the
 SVN revision of 16th of May was 14902 and today it is 14943. So the
 autoupdate process seems to be working, just not for the translated texts.

 When we looked up the *.xml.po files in the trunk, we found out that
 Korean *.xml.po files have not been updated from Transifex for more than 4
 months.

 Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this?
