 FLOOR  -> FL
 FLR -> FL
 APARTMENT -> APT
 SUITE -> STE

 Never have # illegal for addresses
 Use UNIT instead of # if need anything

 #, No, or Number -> UNIT
 }}}


 Washington ST sometimes converts to WASHINGTON SAINT

 Units like 3F are beging converted to 3 F.  Should stay as 3F.
