 I'm pretty sure that the implementation of ST_AsMVT and ST_AsMVTGeom that
 I've got now is better and the way forward. The limited tests I've got
 passes mapnik validation. I would like to put it through some more testing
 but I think it should not delay the replacement of the old ST_AsMVT. See
 the referenced pull request for more details.

 It remains to fixup the documentation, commit and announce changes on the
 users list as the API/usage has changed. I will try to get that done in
 the days to follow if there are no objections.
