Comment:

 Hi,

 Packaging issues need to be reported to the packagers themselves since
 different distributions create and manage packages differently. Please
 report it to the Ubuntu package maintainers.

 On the other hand, Postgis 2.1 has been unsupported for over a year now.
 I'd strongly recommend you to update to a newer stable release.
