 LICENSE.TXT does not include references to files which have different
 licenses or copyright requirements introduced "lately". For example:
 - liblwgeom/lwrandom.c
 - liblwgeom/lookup3.c
 - deps/uthash
 - deps/wagyu

 Eventhough I don't think we are doing anything wrong since those licenses
 / requirements are compatible with our source distribution, packages might
 as the notices are stripped away during compilation.

 Although not all licenses require keeping the notices in binary
 distribution, I think it's best to be transparent and ensure everything is
 listed in the LICENSE file.
