 No, it is not a MakeValid issue and why is it closed as it two times in a
 row as if it is what am I doing wrong why is nobody reading I am in pain
 because of it sorry.

 Workaround for whoever bumps into this:
 alter function pgis_asmvt_deserialfn strict;
