 This almost has to have something to do with changes from debian stable to
 sid. Might want to consider adding debian sid to at least one PostGIS CI
 run.

 I'm trying to reproduce but I'm completely unfamiliar with this cowbuilder
 business. For now I'm trying with a fork of postgis-build-env based on
 debian sid.
