 Well I may add:
   - For upgradeable-paths always install <version>--ANY

 This is to support upgrade from version which did not ship <version>--ANY
 themselves, turning `upgradeable_paths.mk` into a list of postgis version
 which did not install that file (meaning it should STOP growing as soon as
 we install that file for each and every version of postgis.

 The file, btw, would be EMPTY.
