 Someone on IRC was looking for this feature:

 > I am wondering if I need to gdalwrap before I import, or if raster2pgsql
 -s parameter does the reprojection

 On closer inspection of raster2pgsql, I'm not see a transform option,
 though we have such a feature for shp2pgsql and we have an ST_Transform
 for raster.

 Doesn't seem like it should be too hard to offer this, since raster2pgsql
 has gdal goodness baked into it.
