 The utilities are now installed in `/usr/bin` instead of
 `/usr/lib/postgresql/<version>/bin/`.

 This triggers a lintian issue for the Debian package build because man
 pages are not installed for all executables.

 Please add manpages for `/usr/bin/postgis` and
 `/usr/bin/postgis_restore.pl`. The latter should also be installed without
 the language extension.
