 Add the patch in postgis (3.4.0~beta1+dfsg-1~exp6) and uploaded it to
 experimental.

 Since this is a hard to reproduce flaky issue, the successful builds are
 no guarantee. The most recent postgis (3.4.0~beta1+dfsg-1~exp5) builds
 without the patch also succeeded.
