 I guess this might have broken since the site revamp and I assumed it was
 fine when I got a note, the redirect had changed and then redirect was
 fine.

 So I think it's reading it but ignoring all the entries because the author
 name is missing

 https://postgis.net/feed.xml

 and they needed author names and making sure they were in thier allowed
 list.
