  - Turn back on warnings notices on latest (switch back tests mode)
  - Fix shadow warnings on gserialized gist c files
  - Fix shawow warning on mvt
  - Fix double-free warning on address_standardizer
  - Fix strncopy length depends on bounds of source instead of dest
