 Both Ubuntu-22.04 and Debian-11 have this package available:
   - xhtml-relaxng - Implementation in RELAX NG of the modularization of
 XHTML

 RelaxNG validation is already used for the source XML so it would be the
 natural way to validate the XHTML output.
