 I am facing an issue with PostGIS Upgrade from 2.5.0 to 3.3.3. Please
 check and help me out to fix the issue.

 Environment Details
 Os: Windows Environment (Windows 2016)
 Postgresql Version: 11
 Postgis Upgrade from 2.5.0 to 3.3.3
 Download and installation done from stack builder

 Current Version of Database and Postgis

 ALTER EXTENSION postgis_tiger_geocoder UPDATE TO "3.3.3";
 ALTER EXTENSION address_standardizer UPDATE TO "3.3.3";
 ALTER EXTENSION pgrouting UPDATE TO "3.5.0";
 ALTER EXTENSION pointcloud UPDATE TO "1.2.4";

 ERROR message:

 After upgrading, if you want to drop raster, run: DROP EXTENSION
